- A 7% Montana State accommodations tax will be added to your bill

- Discounts on weekly or longer stays
- A 14-day notice of cancellation is required for in season reservations
- Cancellations less than 14 days in advance will be charged a fee
- A current credit card number will be required at the time of reservation
- We are a no smoking and no pet’s establishment - violators will be charged an additional $150.00 fee
